Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions are for the apparel collection Lily & Roses Exquisite Events (hereinafter called the “Site”) has a Head Office registered at 140 Boulevard De La Cité, Gatineau, QC, Canada. The publisher can be reached by email at: email@example.com or by telephone at 514.812.3942. All orders placed on the Site are subject to these General Conditions of Sale. Lily & Roses Exquisite Events reserves the right to adapt or modify them at any time.
The Customer declares to be a natural person, at least 18 years of age and has legal capacity or parental authorization to place an order on the Site. The Customer must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory personal information they provide in while filling an order. In case of error in the recipient’s address information, Lily & Roses Exquisite Events cannot be held liable for its inability to deliver the product. Lily & Roses Exquisite Events reserves the right to cancel any order with discrepancies.
The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. It is possible that the client requests customization or other products not showcased on the site. In that case, terms and conditions for all other products will be found on the actual invoices and contracts as these items are custom. The customer acknowledges and accepts that it is possible that the site may contain minor errors.
Contract Between the Customer & the Site
Placing an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure implemented by Lily & Roses Exquisite Events solidified by a succession of different steps that the Customer must follow to validate his order. Any order confirmed by the Customer is a sales contract and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions. If the information provided by the Customer is incorrect or inaccurate, Lily & Roses Exquisite Events cannot be held responsible and will not compensate for any resulting damage related to this situation.
Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices are indicated in Canadian currency, excluding taxes. The total price of the order, excluding taxes, is indicated in the shopping cart. Lily & Roses Exquisite Events reserves the right to change its prices at any time but the products will be billed based on the rates in effect at the time of order and subject to availability.
The Customer must pay the full price when placing the order. Gift orders can also be paid by credit card. If promo code is applicable, Customer will be able to enter it at check out.
We will deliver to the shipping address provided by the Customer, it being specified that it must be the address of the Customer’s residence or any other person of his choice living in Canada or abroad. We will not deliver to hotels or P.O. Boxes. To ensure these delivery times are met, the Customer must submit accurate and complete delivery address information such as, in particular: street and building n°, stairwell, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.
All orders received through the Site will be shipped within 10 business days from completion of online order. Times indicated are for information only, corresponding to average processing and delivery times. Lily & Roses Exquisite Events cannot be held liable for consequences of delayed delivery not of its making.
Returns & Refunds
All orders are final sales. In the even the product received has a defect; the Customer may email us with a description of the issue along with photographic proof within 5 days after receiving it to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Each order is treated with care and so will your request to return or refund. This will be handles on a case by case situation and Lily & Roses Exquisite Events reserves the right to refuse a request. In the event the product is sent back to the Head Office, the Customer must have stamped proof of mailing the item.

All orders imply the Customer’s full compliance with the General Conditions of Sale, which are governed by Canadian law. In case of a dispute, Canadian courts shall have sole jurisdiction. In case of difficulty or to make a complaint about an order, the Customer can contact Customer Service to find an amicable resolution.
Protection of Personal Information
Information collected by Lily & Roses Exquisite Events during a Customer’s order, a subscription on the newsletter or during a trade show will not be shared with other parties. This information will remain confidential unless an organisation responsible to analyze orders and fight against credit card fraud contacts Lily & Roses Exquisite Events.
